Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms describe use of the Decode Studio website and the basis on which you can inquire about our creative services. For a commissioned project, a separate written agreement sets the specific commercial terms.
1. Using this website
You may browse the website and contact us about a project. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.
2. Portfolio and concept content
Films, images and other creative materials are shown to introduce our approach and capabilities. Some are concept or demonstration pieces; their display does not, by itself, indicate a commission, affiliation or endorsement by a featured brand. Service-card concept images illustrate a creative direction.
Viewing a sample does not grant permission to download, publish, modify or use it in an advertisement. Contact us to discuss permission for any proposed use. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
3. Inquiries and project agreements
An inquiry does not book a project or create a production commitment. Before work begins, we agree in writing on the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms, review rounds and usage rights. Any cancellation, refund or additional-work terms must be set out in that agreement. The project agreement governs those project-specific matters.
4. Materials and approvals
Please provide accurate business information and materials you are authorized to use, including any necessary permissions for photos, footage, music, logos or identifiable people. We use the approved brief and materials to guide production. You review the proposed direction and confirm business claims and other factual details before publication.
5. Production methods and outcomes
Depending on the agreed creative direction, production may include AI-assisted visuals or sound alongside editing and creative direction. The project agreement should identify any specific requirements for source materials or final usage. We do not promise a particular number of views, sales, leads or other advertising results.
6. Inquiry information
The contact form prepares an email in your own email application. The form itself does not submit your information to a website database. You choose whether to send the prepared message. Once sent, your message is handled by the email services involved and is received at hello@tvdecode.com.
Information you choose to send is used to review your inquiry, reply and discuss the requested work. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive personal information in an inquiry. Contact us at the address below about information you have sent.
7. Availability and external links
Website content may be updated and may contain errors or become unavailable. External links and your email application are operated by their respective providers. Their availability and terms are outside this website's control.
8. Updates and contact
We may update these website terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Questions about this website, a sample or a proposed project can be sent to hello@tvdecode.com. These website terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
